Return & Warranty Policy:

As we are an all-volunteer charitable, non-profit organization and give 100% of our proceeds from sales to the fight against domestic childhood hunger, we cannot afford nor accept returns.  So we ask that you shop carefully and complete your order form accurately.  Contact us if you have any product questions.

In the unlikely event that a product is defective or damaged when received, please contact us at 971-285-5588 or teensfightinghunger@gmail.com and we will work something out.

Multiple Shipping Addresses and NON-U.S. Destinations:

Please submit a separate order for each ship-to address.

At present we cannot deliver to non-U.S. destinations.

Shipping and Handling:

After your order is received and the payment has been processed completely, we will notify you electronically and your order will be shipped.  If submitted by mail, It can take up to fifteen days for your payment to clear and your order to process.  All products are shipped through the United States Postal Service, using Standard Shipping (First Class mail postage), so your order should arrive at the shipping address, given in the order form, in 3-5 days from the day we sent your shipping notification e-mail. If your package hasn’t arrived by the tenth day, please notify us electronically at teensfightinghunger@gmail.com.

Deductibility Disclaimer:

Teens Fighting Hunger is a non-profit under section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. As such, our understanding is that outright donations may be deductible from federal taxes. However, monies given to purchase goods (e.g., earrings, cards, etc.) are not deductible. Having said this, if you donate funds above and beyond the price of the goods, then these marginal dollars are deductible.  In any case, we are not tax specialists and you should consult your tax experts for precise guidance.
